Management Team

With twelve years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Mihaela joined Amring Pharma, the Romanian affiliate, in 2016 and since then leads the Logistics and Supply Chain Department for CEE, CIS and Africa regions. Prior to this, she held an Acquisitions and Business Development Manager position for a local pharmaceutical company.

She holds an accounting degree from Bucharest University of Economic Studies, a Master in Business Administration from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies in joint venture with Ottawa University and a ECA Certified GDP Compliance Manager Certificate.

In 2016, Laura Cuhutencu joined Amring Farma as Quality Assurance Director and Responsible Person for GDP activities building from zero the company together with the team and managing various territories like CIS, Africa and CEE. She began her career in the pharmaceutical industry at Laboratoarele Remedia as Quality Control Analyst, then moved in medical gases manufacturing as HSEQ Manager (Health/Safety/Quality Environment Manager), also becoming Qualified Person for GMP activities.

Laura Cuhutencu is a pharmacist, graduated “Carol Davila” University of Bucharest and also holds a degree in Marketing from “Spiru Haret” University.”

Cristina Firica brings 17 years of Financial and Banking experience. She worked for banking companies namely Bancorex, BCR, UniCredit and Raiffeisen. In 1995, Cristina joined the Banking Field as Credit Risk Analyst, and was later appointed Regional Manager for Moldova Region. Cristina moved to the private business segment, to a Chemical Producer and Distributor Company, where she brought the Financial Expertise to the management team who expanded the share value of the company by 70%. Since 2018, she is Nordic Pharma Romania’s Financial Manager.

She holds a MBA in Finance from the University of Ottawa, a Bachelor of Finance, Banking and Accounting Science from the Romanian Academy of Economic Studies. She is also accredited by the Chamber of Accounting Consultants and a member of both the IFAC (International Federation of Accountants) and the Chamber of Tax Consultants.

Anca Elena Bîlea brings 12 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, of which 7 in community pharmacy helping both the patients and the public, assessing patients’ conditions and counseling at the time of dispensing prescription and non-prescription drugs. She joined Amring Pharma in 2017 as a junior in the Regulatory Affairs , quickly gaining responisiblity and overseeing all regulatory activities in CIS countries, East Africa and EU. This led to her being appointed Regulatory Affairs Manager in 2018. She is also experienced in GDP activities, being back-up Responsible Person (PR) for distribution for Nordic Pharma, Romania affiliate.

Anca is a pharmacist and graduated from University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Bucharest in 2010.

Isabela joined Nordic Pharma in 2020, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a number of companies, namely Menarini, Johnson & Johnson, and Wyeth. Her experience comes with a deep understanding and many insights of the industry and its trends as well as an expertise in various therapeutic areas. She is experienced in handling multiple phases of product life cycle, coaching and leading teams to achieve ambitious goals, and experienced in both multinational and entrepreneurial environments.

Isabela is a Medical Oncologist and holds an Executive MBA from the Kennesaw University of Atlanta.

With 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Oana joined Amring Farma, the Romanian subsidiary, in 2018 as Logistics and Supply Chain Manager for the regions CEE, CIS and Africa.

Before joining Amring Pharma, she worked as a logistics manager in a local company selling medical devices and equipment for private and public hospitals.

She is a psychologist and holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Human Resources from the Bucharest National School of Political and Administrative Studies and has completed several ECA studies for GDPR Compliance.

Born and raised in Bucharest, Raluca graduated the University of Bucharest with a bachelor degree in foreign languages and literatures. She also studied marketing and has a master’s degree in marketing in Academy of Economic Sciences Bucharest.

With a solid background in banking, after working for 17 years in Citibank, Raluca has joined Amring team in 2017 as Office Manager. She is part of the finance team and is also the local GDPR Officer and the in house HR support for People HR.
